No! We can produce single units as well.

We use a multi factor pricing method which considers material type, weight, print time, pre processing and any post processing requirements. You may send us your files over WhatsApp or Email for a quotation.

Most orders are ready for collection in 1-5 working days, but it varies from project to project. Talk to us over WhatsApp to get a more accurate lead time estimate!

Yes we are GeBiz registered and can invoice you through Vendors @ Gov. Look for us under THINK DESIGN MAKE (UEN 53436554W) to send a PO.

Not necessarily! A sketch or photo references is sufficient to start. We will follow up with more details as required for the designing.

Yes, we usually can make modifications to the 3D file provided. STEP format is ideal for modification. STL format has limited flexibility in terms of modification.

We accept payments via Paynow, FAST transfers, GIRO and credit cards. We do not accept crypto currency.

Yes, for most orders, we offer tracked postage via Ninjavan which takes 2-5 working days. For certain odd sized or urgent projects, we can arrange for a same day courier via Grab or Lalamove.

Plastic prints will show characteristic layer lines and overhang scarring due to support material. Resin prints are generally smoother, but may show sanding marks if no painting is requested. If you need a specific finishing, please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to advise you on the feasibility.

Most prints fall within 0.3mm tolerance, with some exceptions. Please inform us if your part is meant to have any particular fitting requirements before fabrication, so we can ensure it works well for your application.

Strength of the parts can be adjusted in both the design and print settings. Most of our prints are safe for normal handling, but if you require a stronger application, please let us know before fabrication so we can adjust any relevant settings.

For plastic prints, we stock a wide variety of single shade colors! Let us know your preference and we will show you the closest available shade. For resin prints and other materials, we are able to Pantone match to a shade of your choice.

Yes we do! Our resin prints have exceptional clarity (subject to suitability of the design). For plastic prints, we can provide them in a translucent finish.
